Ajay Jindal; Executive Director

Ajay has over 16 years of work experience  in equity research, investment banking and PE investing, with over 10 years in leadership roles. Prior to Four-S , Ajay had a successful stint at the Times Group. He helped set up and ran ET Intelligence group (ETIG), the research arm of The Economic Times. In this capacity, Ajay led a 35 strong team of analysts. He later worked with the group's investment arm - Times Private Treaties - where he led several investments for the Times Group.   He also worked with the strategy team of the group.

 

Before joining the Times group, Ajay was an equity analyst with a reputed broking firm, Caspian Securities, ranked in top 5 in India by both Euromoney and Institutional Investor. He has also worked as an Investment banker with Lazard India.

 

Ajay holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore, B. Tech from IIT Kanpur, and CFA from AIMR USA. He is an avid long distance runner, and an independent paragliding pilot.
